Chasing Chasing Amy - Film Screening

Great Lakes Bay Pride is teaming up with Hell’s Half Mile Film & Music Festival to bring the only Michigan screening of the new documentary Chasing Chasing Amy to the big screen! 

Chasing Chasing Amy is a documentary that examines the complex legacy of Kevin Smith’s Chasing Amy (1997) on LGBTQ+ people and its life-saving impact on director Sav Rodgers. A fun yet serious look at how ultimately stories are all in the eyes of the beholder. A nostalgic look at a 90s classic with a contemporary lens on sexuality, identity, and finding one’s self.

Director Sav Rodgers and Regina “Riley” Rodgers will be in attendance.

Great Lakes Bay Pride volunteers, group participants, and community members are invited and encouraged to attend this screening on opening night of the festival!
