Balance and Beauty Collective was founded with a unique collective model – every professional operates their own independent business within a supportive space. We have a diverse team of professionals providing a variety of services – each with their own schedule, prices, policies, and promotions. We offer a wide variety of services, including (but not limited to!) gender affirming haircuts, hairstyling lessons, wig shaping, vivid colors, color corrections, styling and treatments, makeup lessons, manicures and pedicures, nail art, full polygel sets, several forms of massage including Bamboo Fusion®, brow tinting and lamination, lash extensions, facials and skin consultations, head-to-toe waxing, including Brazilian, event hair and makeup, and more!

We have multiple team members who are part of the LGBTQIA+ community, and we are a safe and accepting space for all. We offer a variety of gender-affirming salon services, and because we operate in a small, appointment-only environment, we can accommodate varying comfort levels and requests for private appointments.
