Underground Railroad, Inc. provides services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, stalking and human trafficking in Saginaw County. Underground Railroad is the only provider of emergency shelter services, but also provides a wide variety of free, confidential services to meet the varying needs of the individuals we serve.
